Who is responsible for your information?

Page Pilates, run by Jaime Page, is responsible for personal information collected for class enquiries and related communications. You can contact Jaime at info@pagepilates.co.uk or by telephone on 07826 191 326.

Information we collect

When you enquire about classes, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, preferred venue, Pilates experience and any message you choose to send. We may also receive information you provide when contacting us by email or telephone.

Please do not include medical details or other sensitive personal information in the website enquiry form. If health information is needed for participation in a class, Jaime will explain how that information is collected and handled separately.

Why we use your information

We use enquiry information to reply to your questions, discuss suitable classes, check availability and arrange next steps if you wish to join. The usual lawful basis for responding to an enquiry is our legitimate interests in answering requests, or taking steps at your request before providing a service, as appropriate.

We do not use your enquiry to sign you up to marketing emails without a separate appropriate basis.

Jotform and other service providers

Our online enquiry form is provided by Jotform. When you submit it, your information is processed through Jotform and made available to Page Pilates. Jotform's processing and storage arrangements depend on the account configuration and services in use. Page Pilates should review these settings and the relevant data-processing terms before the form goes live.

Website hosting and email providers may also process limited information to operate the website and deliver messages. Information is shared with service providers only as needed for those purposes, subject to appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and manage any follow-up, unless a longer period is necessary for legal or business record-keeping reasons.  

Cookies and website analytics

The website may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for it to work. If optional analytics, embedded services or marketing technologies are enabled, the cookie information and consent controls must be updated to reflect those services before they are used.  

International processing

Some providers, including online form and email services, may process information outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards must be in place.

Keeping information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect information and limit access to those who need it. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and in some circumstances receive a copy of your information. These rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
